What is the Subscribe & Save program?

Our Subscribe & Save program is the most convenient way for you to get your favorite products delivered to you on a regular schedule, and always get 30% off and FREE shipping.

How do I join?

When you are shopping on iwilife.com, you can choose to receive a one-time shipment of your favorite iwi products, or “Subscribe & Save” so that you can lock in savings and never run out again. You’ll be walked through the remaining steps at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Absolutely! Up to 3 days before a shipment, you can easily modify any upcoming order—including skipping an order, delaying an order, or changing your shipping address—by visiting the “Manage Subscriptions” section within My Account.

How do I skip a delivery?

Need to skip this month’s delivery? No problem. Visit the “Manage Subscriptions” section within the My Account, and click on “Skip Shipment” to skip, and you’ll receive your regular shipment of your favorite iwi products on your regular schedule, next month.

Can I cancel any time?

Of course! iwi products are available at retail locations nationwide, including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Vitamin Shoppe. If it’s more convenient to grab your favorite formulas while you’re out and about, you can always cancel your subscription (or skip a month). To cancel, simply visit the “Manage Subscriptions” section within the My Account, and click on “Cancel Subscription”.

What kind of subscription does iwi offer?

You can choose to receive a one-month supply in our standard bottle of your favorite iwi formula every 30 days, or an eco-friendly paper pouch every 60 days.

What products are eligible for a subscription?

All of our iwi products can be delivered to you via “Subscribe & Save”! One less task on your to-do list.

How do I change my order date?

Subscription renewals can be skipped anytime you wish by logging in to your iwi account.

How can I update my payment method?

You can change your payment method at any time by logging into your iwi account here and go to Manage Subscriptions,” then “Billing Information,” “Payment Processor,” and entering updated payment information.

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?

Absolutely! Just log into your iwi account here, click “Manage Subscriptions,” then “Edit” and select the additional formulas you’d like to add.
